Abstract

LOZANO, Federico; GARRE, Analía  and  PESSACQ, Pablo. Description of the last instar larva of Acanthagrion aepiolum (Odonata: Coenagrionidae). Rev. Soc. Entomol. Argent. [online]. 2007, vol.66, n.1-2, pp.1-4. ISSN 0373-5680.

The Neotropical genus Acanthagrion Selys (Odonata: Coenagrionidae) is composed by 41 species, eight of which have the last instar larva described. In this contribution the last instar larva of Acanthagrion aepiolum Tennessen is described based on material collected in Corrientes (Argentina) and it is compared with the larvae known for Argentina.
