Two new species of Sphingidae from Argentina are recorded: Aleuron iphis (Walker) and Pachylia darceta Druce. Both species were collected in the province of Misiones. The specimens belongs to the collection of the Museo Argentino de Ciencias Naturales "Bernardino Rivadavia".
