Abstract

GARRIDO, Silvina A et al. First record oí Pseudapanteles dignus (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) as a parasitoid of Tuta absoluta (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) in Alto Valle de Río Negro, Argentina. Rev. Soc. Entomol. Argent. [online]. 2017, vol.76, n.1-2. ISSN 0373-5680.

The larval endoparasitoid Pseudapanteles dignus (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) is reported for the first time attacking the South American tomato moth Tuta absoluta (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) in tomato crops at Alto Valle de Río Negro, being this the most southern report for Argentina. Besides, P. dignus diagnosis and parasitism percentage are briefly commented.
