From a perspective that proposes a number of criticisms of the dichotomous typology of demographic classification of living space, rural and urban, has inquired about the forms that everyday spatial mobility in relation to employment in the Valle Inferior del Río Chubut - Patagonia-Argentina, following a special situation of everyday spatial mobility as that concerning the production of cherries in the Valley. Were used statistics, historical and documentary in coordination with the construction of primary data through surveys run by different techniques. Applied primarily a household survey (200 cases) suburbs of the towns involved in the Valle Inferior del Río Chubut. The center of the research exercise was in contrasting the results of a field survey according to both the traditional classification of the area of residence (rural or urban) and an alternative proposal for research. So we evaluated the hidden nuances within the homogenizing ideas of rural and urban, synthesized by the number of inhabitants observed, -in Argentina to 2000 or more is considered an urban space, less a rural- especially, that many paths daily classically considered urban social actors were very close to those of the actors in rural areas.
