The following essay shares reflections about the mercantilization relationship thatlinked the State with workers related to social policies implementation trough the analysis of work process. As empiric input for the analysis, is it retrieve the trends that mould the work`s process of Social Workers of Buenos Aires, in the period subsequent to the contrareforms toward the Argentinian State in the `90 decade. As part of the trends to consolidate the precarious labour conditions, is it affirm that, based on this the State advance in control and disciplinant strategies of greater specialization and subtlety manage to workers above its orbit. Is it emphasize in this essay, what is concerning to the degradation of labour power as disciplinant labour mechanism.
