Abstract

MENENDEZ, Nicolás Diana. Virtual but real. Analysis of an experience of union organization of workers in virtual environments. Trab. soc. [online]. 2020, vol.21, n.34, pp.151-160. ISSN 1514-6871.

The bibliography about remote work show the great difficulties that these imply to the collective action and trade unionism. We analyze an experience of grassroots organization of workers in virtual environments (teleworking), state and with precarious contracts. It's underline some caracteristics in relations with a new strategic and repertories of struggle, marqued by the singularity of the job, the laboral sector and the tecnological tools. The analysis is developed from eminently qualitative perspective, articulating research and active participation in the experience.
