Sociological theories of labor markets, especially from the segmentation perspective, have shown that differences in tasks, modes of employment and wages occur between different population groups. However, most researches have not considered the coexistence and interaction between these segmentation processes. This research carries out allocated analysis in the job market of fine fruit in the Andean Region of the 42nd Parallel (Argentine Patagonia). Since several decades, in that region, the production of fine fruits has stood out as one of the main economic activities and labor force demander. For this reason, the employment of various groups of workers has recently been observed: women, migrants, children and young people. This work seeks to identify how different segmentation processes are brought into play in this job market, what are the hiring characteristics of each group and how interactions between these segmentations occur. For achieving this aim, producers, workers and technicians were interviewed and secondary data (statistics and documents) was analyzed. Research shows that segmentation processes intersect and generate new differences in access to jobs and working conditions.
