This work tries to characterize the "contracts of service", from a geographical perspective in a specific area of Cordoba's pampa. We try to analyse its structure as enterprise, its social organization of work, its local characterization, the activity that takes place and detect the beginning of its labour and future strategies in its economic development. Then, as a closure, we reflect in a qualitative level about the incidence of "contracts of service" in the socio-territorial plain. This is a study of an eminently empirical case with the purpose of obtain first hand facts of its labour reality.
