At the present article we intend to analyze the way of works of the rental rural system, as much as the transformation in the so called "traditional system" and the impact that had the agrarian legislation of "emergency" sanctioned in those years. We will approach the study from a regional comparative point of view for which we have selected four bonaerenses' districts, one for each productive area in which is divided the province since we believe that exist a very close relationship between the systems of land tenancy (renting or property), the productive activity (agriculture or cattle-rising) and the type of predominant exploit (little family unities or big exploitations).
