TAGLIABUE, Paula. Among ports, fields and grain storage: Work process and transport of grains in the South-East of Buenos Aires. Mundo agrar. [online]. 2014, vol.15, n.30. ISSN 1515-5994.

This article analyzes the process of working in grain trucking in the south-East of Buenos Aires. From a qualitative approach, we describe and analyze the trucking practices during the harvest and post-harvest, the trips from fields to grain storages and the trips from grain storages to cereal port. Also analyze labor relations from a wider perspective of classical labor relations (wage labor, stable, protected). The features that work assumes in grain trucking are associated with technical and technological changes of grain production and labor flexibility process, related to continuing availability for transporting grains, the extension of the working day and intensity of working trucker.
