In order to contribute to the theoretical discussions regarding the development of global capitalism in agriculture, this article analyzes the agro-industrial link between small and medium productions of grapes, and wineries, as part of the quality wines production. Based on the qualitative analysis of interviews, in this article we were able to rebuild the requirements and constraints that the wineries demand from the small and medium producers; mediated by a diversity of quality conceptions and practices
