The public University becomes in this movement under the same theoretical matrix, politics and ideology of State reform, suffering a social and economic displacement. The Brazilian Public University become an executing agency of the State powers. Market rationality became the core of the policy with consequences for the professor's work of University. The cycle of financial capital capital compresses the functions that intensifies the cycle producer of real value. The result is the intensification of the work and the precarious-ness of their relationships.
