This article provides a synthesis of a thesis of grade in Education. It study the identity of an agro-technical secondary public school from the Bonaerense education system, emphasizing on the influence of the 90’s educational reform in its redefinition as well as major social, political and economic changes. For this, the founding contract of the agro-technical schools and redefinitions in the system of secondary education in the Province of Buenos Aires is rebuilt, investigating teachers and principals on some key elements that allow to characterize the identity of the institution: communication inter and intra institutional, relationship school-community, relationships between teachers, and the existence of interest groups and power relations, among others.
