The present essay is opening up a space for the reflection concerning the early childhood conception in a moment when education is lacking time, whereas in which is necessary to continue discussing, problematizing and contesting the impact of these policies in the rights and lives of the young children. Through this exercise, it is possible to deal with the tension that the assumed position of early childhood professionals, and that makes it possible for theoretical positions to crystallize where early childhood is tied up in an image and theories around that tension and ways of knowledge production.
