We show how to configure the meanings of work in the field of education from the voice of the educational actors. These findings are part of a study in my Master's Thesis in Social Economics (UNGS), in particular to one of the areas identified as priorities by the above graduate. The methodological approach was a qualitative study from an extended field work in the city of Olavarria, including documentary sources analysis acquis.
