This article analyzes the national Law No. 138/12 "For the Promotion of Coexistence and the Approach to Conflictivity in Educational Institutions" in light of a complex social scene in which, gradually, takes presence and leadership the national state through the implementation of educational politics who places school as an elected space for the construction of new social practices aimed at the prevention of conflict and violence in high school. Such government pronunciation poses an joint work with the educational community and academic environment through training and tools needed for addressing the issue. The development of norms of coexistence and the implementation of democratic practices and citizen training are the major categories for this new model of school regulations based on citizen education and peaceful coexistence.
