HORN, Axel César; NURIT SHABEL, Paula; GARCIA-PALACIOS, Mariana  and  CASTORINA, José Antonio. The Interpretation of Context in the Studies of Children's Knowledge. Espac. blanco, Ser. indagaciones [online]. 2017, vol.27, n.2, pp.253-272. ISSN 1515-9485.

This article examines the concept of context, its scope and meaning in the psychological and anthropological research, in order to achieve a better understanding of the relationship between the children's constructions of knowledge and the context in which they take place. This work explores the meta-theoretical, theoretical and methodological complexities that arise when the concept is analyzed in the two disciplines. It also suggests same collaborative strategies between the anthropological and constructive psychological fields, modified by the revision made on them, for the investigation of the relationship between the constitution    of    knowledge,    and    the    social practices.

Keywords : Context; Children's knowledge; Anthropology; Psychology.
