How can we think of and address the teaching process in todays’ educational centers? How can we work with students who are part of the pedagogical system which, in many cases, turn to be shocking today? It is not about the school we dream of, nor the one we imagine (the one we attended to surely), but the one which is mainly the same (which keeps being more or less modern) it is different in many ways. We will try to work with some characteristics which are typical of teenagers in the secondary level and in the higher education level, as well as the possibilities of creating, together with them, a pedagogical bond starting with the opening and proximity, which will allow us to meet them, to teach them, and even to enjoy teaching and to be able to do so. We will use the contribution of many authors, and we will improve some action proposals which will guide us, accompany us or inspire us in the development of our own teaching and training work. Maybe the drama may find its ways of living with other genres taking into account the cultural transmission and the training which, as adult and teachers, we have the responsibility of knowing and of securing.
