Throughout the last decades, a new paradigm about school coexistence has been developing in Argentina. Educational managers have had to face new challenges which involve building a concept of authority different from the traditional one with its respective legal responsibilities. In this study, an analysis of the socio-cultural context that gave rise to this approach and a documentary research of the legal framework that structure the current educational public policies are made. The work involves a detailed multidisciplinary analysis in order to add tools to the theoretical background that the manager needs to promote actions for preventing and intervening in the presence of situations in the different educational centers of the country.
