The article analyzes the origins of the Argentinean newspaper published since 2010 and the factors that made the creation of the cooperative which continues publishing the newspaper possible after the political transition from Kirchnerism to Macrism. Political polarization in the journalistic field was highlighted as a characteristic of the context in which the newspaper appeared, and marked its future until the dissolution of Grupo 23, which edited the publication until January 2016. Two stages of the newspaper are going to be analyzed. The first one refers to the initial period of the newspaper, where the motivations of the journalistic direction in the birth of the new project are explained, as well as the political position that this media outlet assumed. The second stage that is developed refers to the creation of Por Más Tiempo cooperative during post-Kirchnerism. The conditions of possibility that promoted the creation of the cooperative are going to be analyzed. In order to carry out the research, qualitative methodology techniques were implemented. Specifically, observations in the newsroom and interviews with members of this media outlet.
