Resumen

The article will address public policies and territorial conflicts over the exploitation of lithium in Salta, focusing on the resistance processes of communities of 'Salinas Grandes' of the Atacama Puna. For that, the work will be divided into five parts. A first one that will go over some economic excesses of lithium and public policies implemented by the province of Salta in relation to the resource. A second one will take into account the eco-socio-territorial characteristics of 'Salinas Grandes' and the geography created by lithium in that area. A third one considers the conflict occurred in the area of a salt march in relation to extractive projects. In the fourth one, the characteristics of the Bureau of communities in Salinas Grandes and Laguna Guayatayoc Basin will be considered. A fifth one will seek to articulate the issue of indigenous territorial rights and the processes of struggle of the Bureau of the 33 communities. Finally, the work will close with some conclusions on the subject.
