The research works carried out in the project "La transversalidad como espacio de construcción de la interculturalidad" (Secter, Unju; 1990-2001) we investigated the development of problematic tie to diverse aspects of the subject. In the present work we suggest to think about the axes shared by the authors already mentioned, who have transformed them into the object of a systematic and common thought. There is an urgent need to think of Latin America as the founder of its own identity.
