The shock produced by the new technologies of information and communication in political, economic, and socio-cultural spheres, has had a very important effect in the educational field. Given this situation the pedagogical discourse frequently shows evident limits, marked to give urgent answers that these transformations require educational research. Hence the need to have some tools that may permit to think, analyse problems, direct actions, to device alternatives from new conditions of intelligibility. Considering, this paper proposes an approach to the educational field from an unusual perspective, semiotics, which is capable of supply the critico-methodological strategies that allow to approach multiplicity of planes that articulate in the fabric of the pedagogical discourse.
