In this paper we forward a research paper named "Possible semiotic world: its methodological application in verbal and graphic communication", fundamentally in the verbal communication area, linked with discursive construction forms of identity. Relevant aspects of debate about identity is applied to the analysis of a specific case linked to the utilization of the cultural identity as the discourse object in the governmental area as in the institutions that pretend to be "cultural ones" in the city of La Plata, Province of Buenos Aires.
