We also maintain that all center of imputation of indigenous consuetudinarias norms must be analyzed at least from the point of view of own territory, nation, town, right, biodiversity, free determination. (Tlauitoltepec, Mxco. 1993) Considering on the other hand, that modern international and the its evolution with respect to the Indian Towns from the commitment of Pátzcuaro in where anthropological and archaeological sciences were added to make be worth the rights of the Indigenous Towns, safeguard their cultures and make be worth the preexisting rights, we concluded that a consensus necessity exists. Despite the rigorous processing of the Right of the Indigenous Towns this one formulates an understanding of all the social forces like new necessity before the destruction and a new understanding to define terms in subjects of Patrimony. The indigenous communities must participate in the decisions of Patrimony of the Indigenous Towns.
