In this paper we present an interpretation of the results of the study of the relation of Inca state with local societies in the Lerma Region, province of Salta, Republic Argentina. We are trying to find out new explicative ways, through the resistance and dominance and the agree concepts. We consider that the relation Inca state-local societies it is a very complex process of opposition, with a reorganization of the ethnic social, economic and politic organization. The study of the archaeological context in the south and north of the Lerma Region suggest that the state system did implement strategies for the control of the mit'a with a disarticulation of the change nets goods, in relation to the social, political and economic organization and the different resistance grade of the local groups.
