The central objective of this paper is to demonstrate through discourse analysis that the peruvian chronicler has left in his work "New chronicle and new government", this is not only a register of daily life during colonial time, but its texts demonstrate his writer ability to use words, spanish bequest, so us to constitute through this bequest, a resistance front before colonization and a way to give permanence to andean culture won values.    Discourse analysis is carried and based on Émile Benveniste´s and Majail Bajtin´s propositions emphasizing subjectivity in language and dialoging that rice front the interaction of different voices.    The chronicler achieves a communication process that tries to establish a dialogue between cultures, that cannot be totally accomplished. However, his discourse inaugurates in the Andean zone what is currently recognized as the American subject heterogeneity.
