Resumen

ARANCET RUDA, María Amelia. A cradlesong for Jacobo Fijman: Metapoetics and reading keys. Cuad. Fac. Humanid. Cienc. Soc., Univ. Nac. Jujuy [online]. 2007, n.33, pp.163-194. ISSN 1668-8104.

This paper considers Jacobo Fijman's non-fiction works: throughout the reading, we are stricken by the metapoetic character of these essays, in as much as they offer keys to interpret Fijman's poetry. In this way, essays acquire a relevant role, by shedding light on a poetic production of scarce intelligibility. Our analysis is assisted, amongst other things, by semantics and by generative poetics. The conclusions we have drawn are several; this new path mostly confirms previous research - elsewhere corroborated, as indicated in bibliography. For instance, the bareness of Fijman's last poetic book, the configuration of a void lyrical subject and his discoursive structure in constant movement, are partly explained by these essays. Of all conclusions, the most innovative is the consideration of cradlesongs as initial access to literary genre, and its function as cornestone of most of Fijman's poetry. Thus, this primary structure enables expression, despite the violence exerced by madness and by mistic rapt. In its turn, through the perception of some features of melopoeia, the fundamental function of orality is especially underlined, not only for coding but also for decoding. On the other hand, the lullaby shows the peculiar presence of the 'other' - which seemed entirely absent - inherent to the 'we' of the mother-son pair.

Palabras clave : Melopoeia; Metapoetic; Mystic; Orality; Tenderness.
