It is necessary to locate thought, and by means of it to account for the particularly critical singularity of the Latin American reality, in order to achieve the appropriate knowledge to solve the unpredictable problems of today's globalization. It is understood that when the defective situations are identified, they generate the inquisitive processes with the distinctive characteristics that enquiry adopts in science and philosophy. And, that it is possible to enquire using a creative attitude, as a means of openness to diversity, involving the possibility of a critical thinking, able to produce new and high quality ideas.
