Resumo

The proposal collects five prospects on creativity in higher education environments in the context of a research project in the past three years. A first aspect relates to the construction of knowledge and creativity, the second presents the claim of creative leadership. Then advances in neuropsychology us a few paragraphs on neural networks in favor of creativity. Close the presentation two inputs, a more academic presence and absence of creativity, and another that displays the configuration settings that invite creative action of people like to be creative.
