The present research tackles forms of production and reproduction of political culture in the province of Tucuman, paying special attention to the tracks that in such a culture it has been generate and still continues generating the continuance in time of the phenomenon of social inequality. According that line, the research assumes a covering concept of political culture, defined by a dialectics in the termened institutional (state) culture, and the arisen culture, given special attention of interobjective elements that make up the previously mentioned. The customs knowledge values and attitudes that the state structure and action inform reach the citizen in different ways. The reception elaboration and signification that from such elements carry out and agent -necessarily measured by his personal trajectory- implies peculiar interpretation of the rules of the game and its legitimacy, at the time when such interpretations generally will have a correct sense and will achieve a framing in whose groups agents belong to and inside these interpretations situate practices and discourses. From this approach, the study of political culture implies a necessity of an analysis of functional state structures, showing a particular interest to messages sent by them, on the one hand, where as present contents of citizen perceptions, on the other other hand. Some advances permitted evidenciate institutional violent practices (discriminatory) coming from and making them possible by the same functional state order and the naturalization of such violence in the institutional y citizenship culture. Elements that outline a political culture with violent contents.
