The institutional multiculturalism involves the relationship between various institutional cultures that generate and sustain interaction spaces in defiance of a shared project, where the imaginary and social practices in the construction of otherness participate. This time a study of the negotiation and entry to educational institutions where the chair Institutional Analysis Career Education Sciences accompanies formation processes in analysis and intervention is presented. To do the analysis of documents, including records of institutional observation reports relating specifically to the study object, interviews with managers of the institutions where the fieldwork students and trainees performed are used. The study warns that the entry and negotiation enters, implies mutual recognition between institutions to initiate and sustain a shared training project. Reflexivity fieldwork, establishes a training set with institutional academic, ethical and political commitment from the intercultural pedagogy. While it is a limited study, distorts the purpose and significance of other actors to deepen their understanding and generate contributions to frame-agency working is pending.
