This work explores the experience of the First Conference of Argentinian Commerce carried out in Rosario in 1911. Our goal is to approach the problem of corporate sociability from a double entry.  On the one hand, this work highlights the setting of this kind of events in the key of sociability built from institutional foundations which were moving through informal stages and developed within temporal boundaries. On the other hand this work describes the elements that were present in the development of an agenda of issues shared by a dominant group in Rosario and their regional peers at a national concert. The conference was a unique period where associative, solid and economic expressions displayed in it, emerged within the liberal state. At the same time it was an image that surpassed the rigid institutional figures of the economic corporations, allowing other forms of management and dialogue between the strata.
