In recent decades the technologies of communication have been transformed by the emergence of the World Wide Web. This work is the third submitted as part of an investigation that aims to establish the blurring of boundaries between public and private sectors as areas of interaction of the individual that have been transformed in different ways since the appearance of these virtual social spaces, where the images take a leading role, construction of new identities, forms of representation and technological textualities.           Differentiate between public and private in cyberspace is not a minor detail. The publication of pictures and comments on others within the walls leads to debt and equity rethinking distinctive theories offered by science and communications law. This research establishes the use that 60 students at a private college Facebook makes during 2010 according to data collected through random sampling from Year 1 students, which analyzes the knowledge and ignorance of the rights to the image, the honor and privacy. This study seeks quantitative and qualitative characteristics that establish the use of study shows Facebook does, which enrich the analysis with data on frequency of use of the World Wide Web, e-mail accounts and Web consulting, among other topics
