The neighborhood of Villa Luro, part of the Commune 10 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, has the particularity of including an east-west axis, generated by safety barriers, which has led to a north-south sectoring reinforced by centralities in its opposed ends, the foundation of this research project problem, entitled "Diagnosis on the impact of terrestrial communication routs as barriers or centralities in the neighborhood sectoring. Villa Case".             Neighbors' identity and sense of belonging and their relationship with the political and administrative existing boundaries is the particular aim to reach by recognizing the current situation.             The intention is to draw conclusions through a development that indicates historical-urban foundational data and current situations arisen from the interpretation of official graphic documents and fieldwork.             A first basic survey, performed as exercise in the subject Architectural Design, Planning and Urbanism II, 5th year, Civil Engineering, UTN.BA, provides results that validate disconnection between the sense of neighborhood belonging and the political- administrative boundaries of Villa Luro.             The purpose of this work is to show existing divergences between the constitution of the political-administrative boundaries and those recognized by the neighbors, understanding that identity and neighborhood sense of belonging do not emerge after the boundary delimitation according to the government criteria, but by human relation and temporary circumstances that cause the configuration of social spaces materialized in dominated urban spaces, neighborhoods
