In recent decades, conflicts over access to land in Latin America in general, and in Argentina in particular, have deepened. Even more particularly, in the province of Córdoba the struggles for the territory have become central, as the production mode is based on commodities and financial-real estate speculation that excludes large sectors of society from access to land. From the year 2011 it began to develop in Córdoba, Argentina, diverse experiences of occupation of land that account for the struggle for the territory. In this research we have focused on the occupation of Cura Vasco for the purpose of investigating what type of territory is configured in the context of this conflict. The territory is produced at the intersection between devices of power and strategies of the subjects in struggle. From the content analysis of 13 in-depth interviews developed during 2014-2015, we have inquired about the configuration of the conflict from its origins in 2011. Thus, we have found that the main device that operates there is the political-administrative as a part of the state that aims to discipline the claims and methods of struggle. Faced with this device, the neighbors oppose the articulation with institutions as a strategy. The territory that is configured is characterized by being intervened; for the control of social relations and organizational processes in order to reproduce statehood and dilute the social conflict
