In this paper we integrate the knowledge with a focus on production systems, are incorporated into the analysis the physical and economic results, the impact of technology, the size of the risk and the economic sustainability of the systems. It identifies and analyzes technological proposals for representative farming systems livestock homogeneous area of north central Entre Rios and Corrientes south central. First, capital income earned by family livestock systems affects the welfare of the family. There are differences rave production and economic results by incorporating the recommended technology. However, based on the current market situation and considered estimates of variability in yields and selling prices, the strategic incorporation of livestock systems technology would not improve their economic sustainability.
