Abstract

ELGUL, Gabriela Noemí. Demarcación contextual, ordenación de materiales y estudio desagregado de la formación de la Teoría Constitucional en la Grecia antigua. Enfoques [online]. 2008, vol.20, n.1, pp.71-90. ISSN 1669-2721.

These papers exploring the beguine of constitutional theories in ancients Greek thought. As not all the registries are contained in that limited agenda the work reformulates the question considering in the first place the role of the historical precedents and the variety of positions which might disgregate and according to which the controversy over constitutional question has arisen. Then the opinions that sources have transmitted, are examined and through confronting analysis the verisimilitude is established which Western Tradition has assumed as constitutional heritage and a definition is proposed in which it is sustained and justified his founding role.

Keywords : Demarcation; Classical Greece; Constitutional Theory.
