The ALPHA-Fitness battery presents fitness standards developed from a sample of European boys and girls between 13 and 17 years old. Many countries, as Argentina, don't have their own standards. Recently, the ALPHA-Fitness battery was applied to 1.867 Argentine children and adolescents. In this work, we published the percentile tables for the main test. This work focused on: (1) presenting a brief description of the ALPHA-Fitness battery; (2) using and interpreting tables of percentiles to evaluate fitness; (3) making a fitness report to present the results.
