With the purpose of moving forward in the direction given to Imagology by Jean- Marc Moura, who related it to Ricoeur´s hermeneutic theories, we must step ahead even further, now towards analogical hermeneutics, formulated during these past two decades by Mauricio Beuchot. Finally, we move onto analogic-contextual hermeneutics, derived by José Luis Jerez together with Beuchot himself. We analyze the case of the imagological construction of the aborigine in Argentine literature.
