The text describes the principal ways of investigating the social interactions across the mediation of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the context of the so-called Information Society (IS), particularly those that happen in the cyberspace. Theoretical and conceptual makings are exhibited from the emergency of these new social relations, and there are used the method and the techniques that the virtual ethnography uses for the knowledge of the social phenomena that happen in the cyberspace.
