Abstract

By own cultural or acquired reasons, the human rights have been transgressed into historic stages. For a long time, the north border of the Mexican Republic was registered as a non-denounced violent incident especially against feminine sex. This gender terrorism has been denominated femicide and even now, is far-reaches to the women from this region. Since many years ago, all denounces made through victim's families and several specialists from another geographic places, got successful results. With the objective to help to emancipate the feminine citizenship in the global and local inequitable hierarchy, actions and international laws for the protection of all women and their right like human beings have been take.
