The great changes in the labor market, increasing economic activity of women in a range of occupations increasingly extensive, with greater professionalism on the part of them, have generated particular attention to women professionals, the performance of increasingly intensive activities and the need for reconciliation with the roles traditionally awarded to the genera. However, even the woman because of her work, succeeds economically independent of man, is not so in a social, cultural and psychological equal of that. The way that addresses their profession and the delivery that has to work depend on the context of his life. This study attempts to partly visible dimensions addressed soon as it is the perception that women-specific group, in this case, professional women-have their own job possibilities in social reality to which they belong.
