The house, kinship, the clientele are links that structure to sets of individuals related to each other, enabling them to act as collective social agents. In high-modern societies, the patriarchal nature, women were subject to male authority, this being who acted socially, establishing links between different families, relatives, etc., relations which women were subject to a great extent. However, women's history has shown that they had a very active actions, were able to intervene in existing links decisively important entablaban promoted alliances and networks of relationships, often headed. In the last twenty years have revealed new sources and new categories that enrich and foster studies looking at other forms of documentation. The use of gender categories in the analysis allowed to resize the place of women in history. In the present cases and issues which we address, we can see the ways in which women in the high nobility act as true head of lineages, defending their own interests, but above all groups - those of her family, looking at the legal intricacies of ways to get some equity, keep his inner circle and at the same time, increasing it if they consider the possibility of entering new assets through inheritance, purchase, exchange, etc..
