This research analyses the process of the organizational crisis that Salta's Peronist Party underwent between 1949 - 1952. During this period the Party modified the demoliberal structure inherited from the Radicalism in order to implement -according to the provisions of the Organic Charter approved in 1947- a new organization characterized by power centralization, verticality, and "corporate caesarism".
