In this article, we analyze, in the context of state construction in a frontier society, which place dominant sectors speeches assigned to women, and what thought about that the subaltern sectors. On one hand we study the strategies that state actors used in order to control women, but in the other hand we analyze how controlled people found ways to report what they considered disorder. Finally, we intend to provide some information about social control, we mean to attend the practise, not only the speeches.
