This paper intended to combine two separate issues, on one hand, the legal analysis of a law, and on the other hand, we intend to investigate the position of the Socialist party and the Progressive Democrat in a punctual moment: the debate in the Senate about the repression of communist activities bill, thus achieve, analyse the discursive uses and glances that this two parties had over communism.
