This work analyzes the influence of the catholic Church in the formation of the catholic unions of the city of Salta, their organization in the Confederation of Christian Workers and their later cooptation by the Confederation of Craft in Salta. The last one was a consequence of the social policy implemented by the Secretary of Work and Forecast during the de facto government arisen from the Revolution of 1943.
