This paper evaluates the influence of the left and of different struggle experiences in the recent history of Tartagal and Mosconi. For that, after commenting some significant antecedents briefly, I analyze different facts of the period that begins around the first years of 1970´s decade, which was one of the moments of greater political radicalization in the country and in the region, and the one that begins in 1983 with de democratic opening, after the repression impelled by the military coup. In both periods appear political sectors, vindications and protest methods that played an important role in the 1990's decade's struggles
