Abstract

BARRIONUEVO, María del Valle. Those that wrote the History of Catamarca: The Bulletin of the Committee of Historical Studies, 1941-1943. Rev. Esc. Hist. [online]. 2010, vol.9, n.1. ISSN 1669-9041.

The intention of the present article is to recover the images that the historians have generated about the development of the History of Catamarca and to reconstruct the itinerary of the intellectual projects to approach the interpretation of the past. The sample taken in consideration includes the historiographic production of the committe of Historical Studies, through the Bulletins published between the years 1941 and 1943, which contributed to consolidate the line of historical tradition in the province. The theoretical -methodological perspective followed is sustained in the analysis of the textual organization, establishing the relation between the different manners of writing of the historical texts and the problems and representations of every approach.
